Behavioral and Phenotyping Facility

The facility aims to respond to the demand for coverage in animal behavior tests, both in the phenotyping of mouse genetic models and in developing new existing test protocols or experimental interventions.

The Behavioral and Phenotyping Facility hosted at the Animal Facility on the campus of UPV/EHU in Bizkaia is one of the resources created within the IKUR Strategy of the Department of Education of the Basque Goverment. This Facility is managed by the personnel of ACHUCARRO.

Advanced Research Facilities (SGIker), created by the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, are born with the vocation to respond and provide support for research, being available to the university itself, other Public Institutions and Business.
