On October 2, Dr. Fabio Cavaliere, Director of the Basque Platform of Human Biomodels for Research (BBioH) will give a talk at ASPARBI to disseminate the state of research in Parkinson's
We know the importance of disseminating our work and the advances that occur in the scientific areas that we research, so that society in general, and affected people (and their families) in particular, can have an informed and truthful opinion on the state of science.
Dr. Cavaliere has been collaborating with ASPARBI (Parkinson Bizkaia Association) for years and we regularly try to visit their premises to better understand the harsh reality of this neurological disease.
The Basque Biomodel Platform for Human Research (BBioH) is working on developing organoids that replicate the architecture of the brain, both healthy and diseased, with an emphasis on neurological pathologies such as Parkinson’s.
This conference is intended for patients of the association, their families, and the staff who work to make their lives more bearable.
