I studied and got my degree in Genetics in “Universidad Nacional del Noroeste de Buenos Aires” (UNNOBA), Argentina, in the year 2018. As my thesis project, I developed my research in the transcriptomic analysis of survival-related genes in Nezara viridula, an agronomic pest, at the “Centro de Bioinvestigaciones” (CeBio) in Pergamino, Argentina.

I joined Achucarro in October 2020, working in the Laboratory of Neuronal and Glial Physiology, under the supervision of Dr. Maria Kukley. My research project here focuses on the role of NG2-glia in a mouse model of Spinal Cord Injury.
